LTM: Why do you feel you were nominated?

My dedication, my hard work, my commitment, my results, the value I add to others. I love serving, I love people.

LTM: During Covid-19, tell us about your Biggest Challenge/obstacle and how you overcame it/or are overcoming it.

In all areas Covid-19 changed the way we do business and how to deliver.

During Covid there was a huge number of families buying home, the restriction and the distance requirements was not a reason to close over 40 homes during that year, implementing facetime video and seamless process for my clients. I believe success is 90% attitude; how we react to circumstances and 10% circumstances.

LTM: Tell us about your biggest achievement in business or personal like, and how you achieved it.

I can mention some; Client testimonials and satisfaction (this is a people business, is about them), National Association of Realtors professionals designations and specialty (GRI, SFR, RSPS, MRP, GKC, PSA, CARES, RELO/REO, etc.), Top Producer awards/Top 200 Latino Agent in the US, Top 250 Agent in Lee County, Top 1% out of 89,000 agents in eXp Realty LLC.

Some of the things I can say and how to achieve these things are education/training, commitment, massive actions, discipline, consistency, focus, surround yourself with the right people/right tool and writing your vision down.

LTM: What is next for you? What can people expect to see from you?

I am releasing my first book by the end of 2024, now becoming a book author I’m looking forward to inspire, educate and create a massive impact.

LTM: What does being a U.S. Citizen mean to you?

The integration into American society, opportunities, the right to vote, the right to advocate for my community.

LTM: What is your opinion of the state of affairs in our nation? And what role do you see Hispanics/Latinos playing in the future of our nation?

The state of affairs in our nation is marked by a mix of challenges and opportunities. We face political polarization, economic inequalities, and ongoing debates over immigration, healthcare, and climate change. However, we are also seeing innovation, a growing awareness of social justice issues, and increasing diversity that enriches the country's culture and perspectives. Hispanics/Latinos will play an increasingly vital role in shaping the future of the U.S. As one of the fastest-growing populations, they are not only contributing economically but are becoming more politically active and culturally influential. In the future, Hispanics/Latinos will likely drive significant changes in areas like entrepreneurship, education, and politics, bringing fresh ideas, leadership, and a strong commitment to community and family values that will help define the nation’s direction. Their contributions will be crucial in fostering unity and progress.

LTM: What is the best lesson that you have learned in leadership and how has it helped your career?

To serve and address people’s needs, no matter what. Placing the client’s needs first, even if it means going the extra mile, leads to better client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

LTM: What is YOUR comida Latina favorita?

Mangu.
