I am a Realtor, an Investor, a John Maxwell certified Coach, speaker, mentor & Instructor, I am also a certified Successful Coaching. I got into the Real Estate business because it is amazing to be part of one of the most important assets in people's lives like buying a home, now as a team leader leading a group of agents it is very rewarding to be part of their success by coaching them and mentoring them.

competition.
I love people; I love serving them, I go above and beyond, I over deliver, I really care and make each one of the Real Estate transactions that I represent whether representing buyer or seller) like mine. I had also dedicated to study by adding specialty and designation attached to my licensed to be able to drive every transaction as a PRO, we have to invest in ourselves in other to invest in others, as result becoming the top 500 Realtor in my city, the top 2% out of 89,000 agents in the entire eXp company that I'm associate with and be as a Featured Top Agent Magazine cover story among other special mentions and awards.
Latin Times Magazine: Why do you feel you were nominated Because of my results and my hard work, for giving so much to my community and people.
Latin Times Magazine: During Covid-19, tell us about your Biggest Challenge/obstacle and how you overcame it/or are overcoming it Been able to successful close many transactions virtually but specially assisting an elderly couple that was very sick, I was able to close their particular sale at the comfort of their house, moving all the pieces of this transaction accordingly.
Latin Times Magazine: Tell us about your biggest achievement, and how you achieved it.
Selling 43 homes in my first year as a full time Realtor, breaking the record. I complete this by being consistent, disciplined and taking massive actions. Over delivering to my buyers and sellers, focusing on people's needs first.

With a rapidly growing population, we contribute to the country's cultural diversity, workforce and economy. Our influence can be seen in various sectors including politics, business, entertainment and leadership.
Latin Times Magazine: What is the best lesson that you have learned in leadership and how has has it helped your career?
The best lesson is to be careful who you partnered up with and who you allow in your circle as this is very important for your success, partnering up with the wrong people can slow your progress and success.
