LTM: Tell us about what you do for a living and how you got into it
I am in Real Estate and passionate about helping people buy a home. My motivation for
getting into this field was the desire to help others fulfill their dreams of buying a home in
this country.
LTM: In your industry, what would you say separates you from your competition
What separates me from my competition is that everything I do is done with love and
passion. My only interest is that people can find and buy their home, and I always put
that goal before thinking about earning a commission on a sale
LTM: Why do you feel you were nominated?
I was nominated because, as a Latina, I have made a difference in the United States. I
have always worked on behalf of the communities, both here and in Venezuela and
Colombia, looking for how to help others and be that bridge for people to achieve their
dreams and goals
LTM: During COVID-19, tell us about your Biggest Challenge/obstacle and how you
overcame it/or are overcoming it.
During COVID, I faced a very difficult challenge, as I was in intensive care for many
months. Through that experience, I realized that I needed to set up a foundation that
would go beyond and help vulnerable people in need of support. I came out of the
hospital with a new vision of my legacy, and I understood what I was born to do
LTM: Tell us about your biggest achievement in business or personal life, and how you
achieved it.
One of my greatest achievements in business is to have achieved in 2024 the title of
number one home seller on the west coast of Florida by the Deer Horto Company and to
be number three in the entire state of Florida. This achievement was extremely important
to me because I was able to help many people find and buy their homes, which filled me
with happiness
LTM: What is next for you? What can people expect to see from you?
The next thing for me is to continue working in my foundation and in real estate, helping
more people to achieve their dreams. People can expect from me a helping hand always
ready to support them, whether it is to achieve personal or professional goals.
LTM: What does being a U.S. Citizen mean to you?
Being a U.S. citizen has been a beautiful challenge and something I have always
dreamed of. I feel very grateful to have been welcomed here and proud to make my life
in this country, where I can continue helping Venezuela, my native country, which gave
me so much
LTM: Who is your/or was your role model in life and why?
My role model is Mother Teresa of Calcutta, who dedicated herself to helping the most
vulnerable. I identify with her because I also seek to help everyone, regardless of their
political, religious, or other status
LTM: What is the best lesson that you have learned in leadership and how has it helped your career?
The best leadership lesson I have learned is that being an effective leader involves
leading by example. This lesson has been key to improving my industry, as I see that
dedication and love in what I do is reflected in the results.
LTM: What is YOUR comida Latina favorita?
My favorite Latin food is arepa
