party atmosphere at Raymond James with tons of Raider fans that dressed up with Raider gear. All fans

in attendance got a Winston bobble head and even Mike Alstott was in attendance.

Derek Carr  from the Raiders threw for a franchise record 513 yards including 4 touchdowns in the game. The Oakland Raiders overcame a NFL record 23 penalties in the game as they beat the Bucs in the final twotemp161030_raiders_bucs_14-nfl_mezz_1280_1024 minutes of overtime to improve to 6-2.

Tampa has yet to win at home this season, and on Thursday they play the Falcons in a key divisional game. The Bucs beat the Falcons week #1 31-24. The Bucs who faced a hot quarterback on Sunday, will face another one in Matt Ryan. Falcons currently lead the NFC South with a 5-3 record. Tampa has to improve mightily on tackling and team penalties.
